Class Description
This is a 2.5-hour class for women who want to improve their overall shooting skills. The course begins with a review of firearm safety, range rules, shooting terminology, and moves quickly into shooting skills development. Topics covered on the range will include stance, grip, breathing, sight alignment, and trigger control.
This lesson will continue with the basics, including a very visual overview of what we call the “building blocks” or the fundamentals for accurate and safe shooting. Within this lesson, Ranae Knapp will explain the differences between the skills required for being a good “marksman” at the range, and the skills that might be required to save your life if you are ever the subject of a violent attack.
